Loretta has always been patient, kind, and helpful in all the years I've been seeing her. She respects my choices and explains my options. If I have any questions, she always explains and makes me feel heard. My son had a different PCP and when he got sick suddenly and his oxygen levels kept dipping to dangerous levels, we were repeatedly ignored and dismissed, sent away with no resolution or diagnosis. Loretta saw us on short notice, took my concerns seriously and my son tested positive for: Covid, Strep, and Mono, in addition to a fever rash (after weeks without treatment thanks to the other doctor's). He was quickly set on a treatment plan and started recovering immediately. I switched his care to Loretta and haven't looked back.
