Dr. Futterman is AMAZING. I found her through my insurance when I was interested in exploring women's health, life transitions and relationships. Over the last year, she's not only guided me through my goals, but also helped me overcome debilitating health diagnoses and a tragic rock climbing accident. She is intelligent, witty, clear, understanding, compassionate, and has a good sense of humor for the tough moments. She utilizes EMDR which has been exceedingly beneficial in overcoming past familial challenges and limiting beliefs about myself. The vulnerability in each EMDR session leaves me feeling so much more in tune with myself and compassionate for both younger and present me. I have learned how to navigate life's challenges with assertiveness towards the card in hand, and gentleness for my emotions. I would highly recommend Dr. Lori Futterman to those who are serious about growth, a willingness to dive deep into themselves, and have a bright guiding light with them.
