Dr. Howard is super professional and knowledgeable. She explained possible mechanisms causing my mild hearing loss without making it sound like a catastrophe, and was super helpful in helping me get my custom-made earplugs. I was so happy when I got them I almost wanted to hug her because she had been so easy to work with and so warm at the same time that it made me feel very hopeful despite the problems I came in with. Highly highly recommended.
