Not one contact, but several. Lori St. Germain makes the VA look really good and I am fortunate to benefit from her position in the ATLVA Eye Clinic. The VA can be very bureaucratic and uncaring so finding someone like this is absolutely essential to the health of any VA patient. She not only knows the medical side of healthcare but also the ways to get things done for the benefit of the patient. Hats off!
