I have never experienced such a caring, thorough visit with a provider. I came in with a chest cold during the Covid pandemic and she never treated me like a dirty patient. She didn’t shy away from checking my ears, throat, and vitals despite the risk of germs. She reassured me that I was going to be ok as well as my baby (I’m 15weeks pregnant) and that I simply had a common cold. She was like an angel. You can tell she’s such a loving person and just a light to be around! If I could see her every time at Urgent Team I would. You don’t meet healthcare providers like her anymore.
