I saw Lori for my annual Medicare well check and after reviewing my history (she is always very prepared!) and current condition she said she was going to order an echo stress test. The day before the scheduled test I received a call from the heart institute at the hospital saying my new insurance did not approve the stress test. I called to advise Lori's office and she called me back shortly and said she was going to personally call the insurance. Long story short within an hour I was notified that the stress test had now been approved and thank goodness because it came back abnormal and I have some follow up to improve the conditions. Had she not been so persistent and on top of things I am not sure how this would have worked out. Thank you so very much Lori for taking care of your patients!!
