This meant I needed to find a new provider, which is the easy part. The hard part is getting to know my clinician and feel that they actually care, are available and communicative, and will treat me as a human, who just happens to be sick at the time. Harris and the entire team at 45 Castro has exceeded my expectations with quality of care, service, follow up and follow through, as well with emergent situations requiring triage and care.
