very practical, down to earth with a wealth of experience. she's one of a kind, she's sympathetic but a realist and doesn't let you drown in your woes. she's helped me with my post pardem depression after the birth of my son (now 4 months), marital, family and work issues. she's booked up but still found time for me. (i wouldn't let her decline me) :)
