Lou was one of the most understanding therapists that I have had the pleasure of working with at Kaiser. He really took the time to sit down and listen to my problem when I didn't have an appointment with him (a scheduling error). We talked for roughly 20 minutes about what I was dealing with and, while that doesn't seem like much time, anyone who has been to Psychiatry knows that every minute counts. To me, that is the hallmark of someone who actually cares. You cannot go wrong with him.
