Luke was truly a gift. We had been struggling with medical care for 7 days with 6 different doctors. Luke was assigned to our room and everything changed. He started off with just treating us as people. Expressing his empathy over our challenges we had experienced and vowing to provide his best support in our care. He was a true advocate for us- calling outside facilities, following up when responses had not been returned, and communicating with us at every step. Luke’s care was above and beyond. We truly feel blessed to have been placed in his care.
