I call Lydia Frazier a Strategist. When you’re stuck - emotionally, physically - don’t know where to turn, there is Lydia giving words of wisdom that dissipate the blocks in your path. Her approach is forward looking…how to fix the situation so that some light comes in, and thereby gets you on the path to healing. As a result of her realistic solution-strategy, your outlook improves a million-fold. And then if the situation goes another direction, Lydia - without judgment or insistence on any particular past solution - guides your ship over the next shoals, to safety. And over and over, until your crisis is manageable, if not healed.. Lydia has helped me through some of the thorniest, most depressing situations I’ve encountered in my life, you can text her, access her easily at any time. I love this therapist!
