Lydia worked with both my daughter individually as well as our family for an extensive period of time. My daughter has multiple diagnoses stemming primarily from past trauma, and this creates a complex and challenging family dynamic/environment. Lydia makes her clients feel safe, secure, and cared for every single session. If you, your children, or your family unit have experienced trauma from any avenue of life, there is no one that I would personally trust more than Lydia.
