I have been going to Lydia for Many years. When I first went to her I was using a walker and could not drive or do much of any thing. Now I am walking through my house without any device, driving, and doing most everything. I do outdoor gardening as before. I still am very careful because balance is still not as good but with time hopefully it will get better with Lydias help.
