I highly recommend Lynn for anyone who would has suffered a loss, and is in need of help processing and moving forward in life. My father passed unexpectedly, and years later I couldn't talk about him without breaking into tears. With Lynn, I made great strides in understanding my relationship with him and coming to terms with living without him. Lynn approach each session with kindness, like a caring friend. I appreciate her patience with me in the many moments I cried, and value her greatly for those important 'ah-ha' moments we achieved together. I know I've also gained valuable tools in dealing with anxiety and depression. Lynn guided me to connect the dots on many issues in my life including, but not limited to: family members who abused alcohol, my disordered eating behavior, my unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and my difficulties with a toxic work environment. Thank you for everything, Lynn!
