I needed to have my reading glass lenses changed as they were scratched and also wanted to get a back-up pair. Throughout the process I had the pleasure of working closely with Megan Geser, ABO Certified Optician. Megan was very attentive, highly professional, found alternate and better solutions to my problems and helped me choose a frame. She patiently brought countless frames to try on. She went out of her way to clean the lenses and sent me off with extra cleaning fluid. Megan was a delight to work with. If you are having your eyes checked at Hellerstein or are picking up contacts or glasses at Hellerstein, make sure to pop by the store and say 'Hi' to Megan. If you need any eyewear she's wonderful to work with.
