It was a nice session with a warm caring therapist. Non judgmental approach and great listener, insightful. I struggle with depression and after the first session I felt much better. Online camera sessions turned out to work for me just as effectively as the in person therapy. It is hard to find a good therapist and I am happy I found Lynndal Daniels and I am looking forward having the next appointment.
