I am incredibly grateful to have found Lynne as my therapist. From our very first meeting, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and understanding that I had never experienced with a therapist before. Lynne's humanistic approach, rooted in unconditional positive regard for her clients, has been absolutely essential in helping me navigate a challenging year. Not only does she go above and beyond to check in on me and provide support during hard situations, but she has also offered professional guidance and valuable nearby resources tailored to my needs. Lynne has even taken on a motherly and protective role when necessary, providing a level of care and compassion that truly sets her apart. In addition, she is trained in EMDR, which is something I am looking forward to incorporating into our sessions and know that Lynne's skill and expertise will guide me through the process with the upmost care.
