After 5 years as her patient, I can say with full confidence that she's a competent, caring MH professional. After 6 months as her patient, I felt better than I had in almost a decade. She is not a talk therapist, so her job is not to sit and chat for an hour with you. Her job is to evaluate your symptoms and situation, review your clinical documentation and records, and then treat you w the correct medications, if they're necessary. After all that, she monitors your progress and adjusts your care and treatment plan as needed, providing tons of documentation to doctors, pharmacies, families, and insurance companies every step of the way. Mallorie actually listens to your concerns and your ideas. When I call to schedule, I always get someone within a few mins to help me schedule. When I need med refills, it's the same.
