A note regarding my therapist, Dr. Margot Kopley, is something I’ve intended to do for some time now. To say this woman is special to me is an understatement.Prior to meeting Dr. Kopley, I was apprehensive about engaging a new therapist as I’ve experienced therapy before but never really felt as though it met my expectation. My interest was peaked when I read about Dr. Margot Kopley, Psy.D From what I discovered in researching, she seemed to have the perfect characteristics and sense of purpose I was seeking.I can sum this up quickly: expectations realized! Her approach is different from what I’d known. Finding the right therapist is critical for anyone to feel comfortable in the doctor/patient space; Dr. Kopley has made me feel it’s more of a partnership as we work together: with compassion, guidance, and no judgement. We talk, we communicate, we set goals, we achieve.I can say with confidence that my quality of my life has changed and I highly recommend Dr. Kopley
