I'm writing this because I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Alano. It's clear to me that she really cares about her patients. In the time I've been seeing her, she's helped me really improve my life by improving my outlook and coping skills. If you're looking for a therapist to strictly be a soundboard every week, then maybe Dr. Alano isn't for you. But if you're willing to do some real reflection, then I can't recommend Dr. Alano enough. I've seen a few therapists in my life, and Dr. Alano is by far the best.
