Maria fixed me up many times. I’m 56 and decided to run a marathon but couldn’t get past 12 miles without severe IT band issues. She not only worked on it but advised me to rest more in between my long runs. Finished the Chicago in 5 hours 10 minutes. She also proved to me that PT works but it takes time. Just go to her and you will be taken care of!!!!!
