If you are worried about a problem she is very proactive and has lots of ideas to deal with issues. If a patient was very worried I think her desire to get to the cause quickly would be comforting. For me, she was a little too proactive. We kind of went from "lets' get a basic exam done when you feel comfortable" to--I have lots of time today--we could do it right now; to you could have cancer; we'd need an ultrasound; to talking about uterus biopsies; and would I even be willing to commit to radiation or chemo therapy if I had cancer? I was like: "what happened to pelvic exam...?" Zero to 100 in a few minutes. I found that overwhelming for me (so maybe later on) but, man, if you were really worried she would be right on it.
