I had never been to a see a therapist before so I was a little nervous. She allowed animals into the session this put me at ease as I could pet the animals while talking. I have been helped sp much, she explains everything in layman's terms and makes sure you understand. I am doing much better since we discovered the root of the problem. I highly recommend her.
