This was a very positive visit with doctor and staff. Dr Schaaf seems competent and caring. Scheduled a 2nd visit for follow up care on newly discovered issue and made sure it was timely. She was friendly and explained results and next step for care. I’ve had great results with both laser and cryo treatments to repair lattice failures that would lead to retinal detachment. A routine visit to my optometrist is how I discovered my issues and they referred me to their ophthalmologists who do the repair. Truhlsen Eye Institute and their physicians are top notch. I don’t know how reviews about office staff are helpful. I’m 74 and have had health issues that would have killed me without great care. Tired of hearing people b&tch and give bad reviews when they don’t have routine exams and then be surprised when something gets out of hand that they could have addressed sooner. Be your own advocate and give yourself your best chance! Please be specific with complaints to help others.
