Dr. Mark Blough provides a quality of therapy that has been impossible for me to find elsewhere. He helps you to avoid the cliche of sitting on the couch and repeatedly "storytelling" your trauma without changing your current behaviors. Mark has empowered and supported me in learning the tools to take ownership of my own happiness and make the tough but lifelong changes needed to get there. I cannot recommend this therapist highly enough!
