Mark was fully engaged and immediately made me feel comfortable, accepted, and understood. In the initial assignment he conducted a through assessment which provided context for understanding my background and needs. Mark was gentle and caring. He allowed me to set the agenda for our sessions and provided gentle guidance at my own pace as I gained understanding of underlying issues and encouraged me to try new strategies to cope in a healthier way.
