Very professional. He thoroughly evaluated the arrangement of my muscles. I had been in pain for some time and after I was put in contact with Mark, he found the trigger points (muscle knots) and deftly worked on them to alleviate the pain. The first few minutes are always spent on an evaluation. Most importantly, the vast majority of the time (of the appointment) is used to eliminate the trigger points. I highly recommend Mark Graf.
