Dr. Mishory was recommended to me as a marriage counselor, but I ended up working with him as my therapist. He helped me identify goals for therapy in the first sessions, mapped out a sequence for pursuing them, and was flexible when outside needs arose. He has training in multiple evidence-based practices, and I have realized all my preliminary goals after just three months. I hope to drop to "maintenance visits" within three more months. I can't say whether everyone would progress this fast.
