Mark explained in detail the muscles I needed to strengthen, their function and the goal. He made sure I understood the exercises and the proper way to do them. He worked with me until I 'got' it! He explained dry needling; purpose, importance of hydration and how I could expect to feel. At the beginning of each appointment, Mark asked detailed questions to help him tailor that appointment. Mark is affable and quick to perceive one's personality, life style and level of activity.
