If you’ve been to therapists/counselors before and left thinking it was a waste of time, you need to go see Dr. Mark. It doesn’t matter what you do he can see who you really are & he adjusts his treatment appropriately. If you go in for marriage counseling and he sees you have anxiety issues, he knows how to address that & provide a tailored therapy most beneficial for you. Just try it, trust me, (I’m a biomedical engineer) ?? true story.
