I saw Markeia weekly for about a year. She is an amazing counselor and makes you feel like a friend from the first meet. Markeia is punctual and welcoming. She remembers everything no matter how small, and doesn’t let you weasel your way out of feeling things as they come up. She helped me process shame and guilt and cope with my other mental health problems through practicing affirmations and finding things to occupy my time meaningfully. You won’t regret seeing her.
