Dr Somova helped me tremendously. I had seen a few other psychologists before her, and none of them were able to help me get to the point of where I am today, happy and healthy. She listened, she was engaging, and I felt extremely comfortable telling her everything, even the dark stuff. She never once tried to convince me that I need medications, but rather new and better tools in my toolbox to help me understand and process whatever is thrown at me in real time. I haven't seen her in over a year due to insurance changes and Covid, but I do plan to make annual check-ups with her like I would with my PCP. I highly recommend Marla, and as a matter of fact, I have!
