I decided upon therapy because of a girlfriend who requested I try it. Two years later (and post break up) I was still reaping the benefits of one of the most pivotal decisions of my 38 years. Dr. Pierre's expertise and guidance was indispensable during this period of introspection. He listened, he encouraged, and he emboldened; the process quickly became more than a perfunctory engagement to prolong an ill-fated union. It evolved into an exercise in discovery, empowerment and self-improvement.
