I was one of Marvin’s first 5 clients when Marvin started off on his own with Colman Community Services. I was in IOP and One on one individual therapy. Marvin is dedicated. He believes in recovery with his whole heart! Marvin is positive and he engages in conversation. Marvin shared educational videos and on occasion had activities. Marvin made group enjoyable for myself and the others. One thing I took with me after graduating IOP is “ connection is the opposite of addiction “ What that means to me is, when I am complacent and discontent, when I find myself isolated, I am in a dangerous spot. I make it a point to get connected and stay connected. I show up in my own life and I feel like I learned that through group and therapy with Marvin and also his amazing sidekick Kai. I have been to treatment over 25 times in my life and I have never successfully finished a program intill I found Colman community services. I absolutely would recommend 110%
