Fantastic; very caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and effective! She helped me navigate an extremely difficult circumstance and used differing techniques and strategies which helped me recognize and address my trauma. I was a mess but her therapy changed my outlook on life and mended my soul. I had for all intents and purposes given up on therapy…Mary does not give up on you!
