She took the time to get to know me, and listened carefully to what I said, then delivered insights and recommendations that were truly valuable to me. We met for nearly 3 years, and in that time she repeatedly checked in on my progress and remembered things I had mentioned but forgotten in prior sessions. She created an environment that I felt safe in and I will always be thankful to her for allowing me the space I needed to grow. I got a lot out of our sessions and she helped me through some really difficult times.I would recommend Mary to anyone who has had a hard time finding a therapist they trust or look forward to seeing.
