Professional & personable, Mary has helped me see the benefits of massage therapy. She listens well and has set a high standard of care. I had pain and stiffness in my neck and back which has been alleviated through Mary’s skill and therapeutic treatments. Additionally, she found stretching exercises for me to do in between treatments that have also helped. I highly recommend Mary; she is trustworthy, resourceful, and above all, caring.
