Dr. MacLeod has been my therapist for over 2 years now. I can confidently say she has improved my quality of life immensely in these past two years. She is warm, intelligent and very knowledgeable in the field of psychology. I went from not being able to eat or sleep due to stress to being able to use coping mechanisms that I have learned from Dr. MacLeod to break toxic thought patterns. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. MacLeod and Tree of Life Counseling for anyone who is looking to improve their overall mental health or who is looking to better understand themselves and their own thought patterns.
