Was not sure if we were in Network for an eye exam? The physician did not do anything until she fully understood the issue. Her office staff walked my college student through the insurance process which was not just an eye situation but a medical issue and we were in network. Dr. McCubbin took great care and explained what was going on with my college student eyes. Exam was done and OTC was given that was found at the local store. Her office follow up to make sure that all was going well within 3 days. This long distant parent was very satisfied. I recommend this for OD physician for all eye care service.
