When I was having trouble getting a new pair of progressive glasses to work for me, she was able to look deeper into my situation, and discovered that I have cataracts in both eyes. If she had not taken that extra step , I would still be struggling with those glasses. She has referred me to an ophthalmologist for further treatment. I really appreciate her extra efforts on my behalf.
