I tried a few therapists before clicking with Mary. Mary is not only empathetic but very equipped to help people heal from trauma. With the tools she has given me I see positive change in my life. It can be difficult to admit that we have both been harmed and caused harm especially with people we love and even more difficult to heal from both. I’m grateful to be on this journey though and to have Mary as a guide in this.
