Carolyn makes her sessions with her clients very relaxed. Having therapy with her is like having a conversation with a friend. She is great at helping you work through your issues in ways that work well for you. Even when you feel like you don't need to talk about anything, you walk away from sessions with her feeling like you made progress with something you didn't know you needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist with a gentle soul and sense of understanding.
