This review is super late. TBH I had a hard time remembering a lot until recently. I had a motorcycle accident in 2018. 17 fractures and a complete open fracture to my right tibia and fibia. I came into OPT on two crutches 30 days into learning how to walk with a rod and screws from ankle to knee. After my second session Mary had taught me how to use one crutch. Which changed everything! I had a hand free to open doors! Carry things! Flush a toilet... until you have no use of something, you can't appreciate it. She worked with me day after day. I was in a walking boot in 30 days. Within 3 mos I was back to work. My prognosis was maybe off crutches in 3 mos. Work in 6mos. With disability paying me roughly 100 a month for working since I was 14, it was a joke. I had to go back to work. Mary gave me my life back. I cannot convey what an incredible thing she helped me with. I had no family or assistance to aid me on my journey. But she was there the whole time.
