Insurance-based therapists are generally terrible and after seeing many, I was about to just pay cash but when I met Matthew he was very kind, caring, and willing to try to help, even if he did not know my specific condition as much as a specialist would. He personalized my therapy, did his research, and really listened to my concerns instead of trying to just follow a manual. Though he sometimes does not have the same resources and tools as an expensive provider, I can say that he is one of the best in his price range.
