Matt Candau has been instrumental in providing me with pain relief in my spine, specifically my neck. It's been a long time since I've been free of severe headaches & chronically tight shoulder & neck muscles. I've tried many, many ways to stop the constant pain, but my muscles would never relax long enough for the pain cycle to end. After treatment & working thru the exercises, my shoulders are finally out of spasm~the first time in years.
