Dr. Matthew Danneker is extremely knowledgeable in my area of activity, which is competitive distance running for my age group. Dr. Danneker suggested strength and stretching exercises. I have never really been a big stretch person before a workout, but Dr. Danneker convinced me.. I have trained with two different Olympic teams back in the day, and would 100% recommend Dr. Danneker to help with ANY of your physical needs. He is a great listener, and also a great person. Felt like I knew him from the first meeting. Great Guy!!!
