I'm a runner, and his knowledge of and help with the aches, pains, and stresses facing athletes has helped me stay active and healthy. Not only have his massages helped me heal faster from injuries, I believe his regular massages have helped my muscles stay more limber and flexible and less likely to seize up or get injured during my workouts.
