I researched several counselors before contacting Matt. I attended sessions with him on and off for approximately 1.5 years. I found him to be highly approachable, kind, and nonjudgmental. Even when our beliefs differed on a subject, he was respectful and professional. He gave me many suggestions and tools to use. He also did EMDR, which was helpful to my situation. I have seen him in public, being a small town, and he is always respectful of my privacy. I highly recommend him.
