Matthew McMillan is exceptional. For the past 20+ years, I have been in counseling. Progress has been minimal. However, during the past two years of working with Matthew, he has encouraged me to trust him enough, that he can help me to give up my old "stories" about my past. He does not let me uphold my usual excuses. I gained emotional weight over 10 years, and his hypnotherapy guidance has helped me to finally "release" 20 pounds. I owe much of my current sense of freedom to Matthew. Thanks!!!
