Sat down with me, after basic questions, I asked him about my spinal stenosis, bottom line, hang in there. 3 little words meant a lot to me…Crystal who has been giving me physical therapy under his instructions has been wonderful…know he’s working behind the scenes to get me more therapy, talking to doctor, connecting with insurance..I know he’s got my back
